Most notably, I find that Filter feature helpful.
FANTASTICAL 2 VS CALENDARS 5 FOR MAC
I also occasionally use Bus圜al for Mac (included in Setapp). This landscape calendar shows only five days, but it provides a scrollable. I really like the Apple Watch app (that has become more reliable after a recent update). Rotate your iPhone to landscape orientation, and Fantastical 2 switches to an attractive week view of your calendar. While I haven’t used it yet, I’m sure I’ll make good use of the Propose Meeting Times feature in the future.I find it very convenient to be able to create new events based on Templates. Most of my meetings are on Zoom, so having Zoom integration is very helpful.I’m happy to be able to use them on my iPhone and iPad in addition to my two Macs. Calendar Sets are very helpful for honing in on the appointments that are most relevant. For 40 per year, you can have all versions of Fantastical 3. My primary reasons for using Fantastical: Fantastical 2 came in at 5 for the iPhone version, 15 for the iPad version, and 50 for the Mac version for a total of 70 if you wanted all three. I especially like the feature parity and user interface consistency across Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
Special mention to Informant 5 : it's an app for handling a busy schedule and so includes a calendar. It comes from Readdle, the same team behind apps like Spark Mail and Documents, and excels at managing both tasks and events. It cant handle invitations, reminders are in random order and you cant recognize overdue ones. Calendars 5 is another popular calendar app for iPhone. I’m using it more than ever since Fantastical 3 was introduced. The best calendar apps on the Mac and iOS are Fantastical, Bus圜al, Calendars 5 and Timepage. Calendars 5 has nice week and month view, but it lacks functionality of Fantastical 2. I really like Fantastical but it’s kind of expensive for me since I use.
I can see those items but to tick them off, I need to go to a different menu. For Calendars 5, I can’t directly do that. Fantastical has been my main calendar app for years on both Mac and iOS/iPadOS. I like both the apps but fantastical’s ability to let me tick off my apple reminders items is really intuitive.
